Looking for flaws in a TV character...?

Ms. G is very feminine and girly. She is overweight with very high self esteem; she walks around like a model. She enjoys fashion, shopping, shoes, jewelry, purses, makeup... all that Barbie kind of stuff. She is also a plastic surgeon. I need to add more depth to her character; she needs some really good flaws (or just one flaw) to bring her home. It has to bring action/conflict into an opening scene at the mall. Please give me a good flaw or two!
