Is man always responsible?

It has always been observed that Man is being put responsible for every thing when women starts showring tears publically. Public never bothers to confirm the actual fact but starts beating, sending Jail,etc etc and media also does so.Media without confirming any thing starts pelting stone on Man ( Like Start TV San Sani = Woh Dekho Kalyoug ka Shetaan etc etc.Is it always that man is cruel dont you think that Clapping needs two hands to clap. Dont you think that fault is always from both side but being women Women gets always benefit of doubt or we can say by showring her tears she gets soft corner in every heart. Isnt it possible that where Women puts responsible for man things would be reverse.
