How can I get my mom that I can get a kitten?

Im 15 years old, and I love animals, I got a dog, he loves cats and is nice to them, now I dissident that I also want a kitten from a shelter(2 months) I got before many cats and kittens so I now how to care for them we as a family got 2 cats but thei also love kittens, but I'd like to have a cat that I cair for and that can go with me to the seesaid at aur litel haus. My mom likes animals to but it's hard to bring her to something, what shuld I say to her, I really from my heart wish a kitten.
