Put a male with up to three females in one cage giving water, quail pellet feed and some oyster shell 24/7. Give them three nest boxes with some straw and grasses in each. Make the straw into a circle with a slight dish dipping in the middle and add the grasses circled around the center. The cage should be on the ground so the nest is on the ground to get moisture for the eggs to hatch properly. Be sure all this is in a secure fence with a top wire to keep even a mouse out. You have then done all you can.
